Weed Management—
All lot owners who elected to do their own control of noxious weeds on the TRR POA easements (in lieu of the recent Association chemical applications via the “no spray” notice from April/May) need to have their weed management completed by July 15th.
Road Committee—
We are seeking association members interested in assisting the Road Committee (non-elected, volunteer- as-available positions) with some committee positions (Equipment Manager, Budget, Etc.). Please reach out for more information.
Fire Season—
Fire season is HERE! We hope you have ensured your structures are protected with defensible space and you have an evacuation plan. You still have time to prepare. Walk your home surroundings to ensure combustible materials have been removed from the immediate surrounding. Have a preparation plan should a fire occur. Don’t mow dry grass in rocky areas (sparks!). No open burning is allowed in Idaho County without a permit. Call 911 and communicate with your neighbors if you see a fire risk.
