-Fire Tree notification written procedures and updated list.
OLD BUSINESS:
-Purchasing procedures for the Board of Directors and the use/issue of bank cards.
-Creation of a financial audit system and digital records retention database which will include current paper records.
-Creation of a Parliamentary Officer and combining the secretary and website officer.
-Bylaws updating to allow an HOA Website for board member emails, emailing newsletters, voting, records, and forms.
-Complaint Policy and the possible creation of the Members Question Policy, handling procedures for the BoD’s.
-TRR POA Easement for equipment storage location, Long-Term Ground Lease, Purchase Deeded Ground
NEW BUSINESS:
-Survey road easement turn-arounds to more clearly define association easements.
-Association member requested a records inspection; board members are required to bring all TRR POA records to meeting.
