Call to Order – Vice President John Urbahn

Announcements

1. Introduction of Board Members
2. Picnic to follow at Swiftwater – Park at Swiftwater in back lot
3. Please update your phone numbers for our Fire Emergency Tree
4. Limit discussions to 2 minutes, no denigration of board members, property owners or equipment operator
5. Complaints, concerns, questions – submit to board in writing (use bottom half of second voting sheet) to be addressed in Member’s Forum, and only written submissions will be called on by John
6. Will adhere to today’s agenda
7. Second voting sheet is to be used in the event that the first vote does not elect candidates (candidates need majority (51%) of the total vote to be elected – as per TRR Bylaws)
8. Short board meeting will follow annual meeting to elect officers
